Which of these are you going to try out first?

WOW CORE

A class specifically designed to help build your core muscle groups by using a large variety of exercises that strengthen the abs and your lower back. This class is a great addition to anyone’s fitness routine!

*Level of difficulty: MEDIUM – Still comfortable, but can prove a challenge. Duration: 30 min

WOW HIIT

This class is a full body workout in which you combine resistance exercises with plyometric moves to improve your strength and power. If you want a challenge, give it a try!

*Level of difficulty: HARD – Harder to breathe, difficult to maintain the level of the exercises. Duration: 30 min

LEGS & ABS

If your goal is to tone and shape your legs, glutes and abs then you should really try out this class. This workout session is meant to combine lower and upper body exercises to get you that perfect shape.

*Level of difficulty: MEDIUM – Still comfortable, but can prove a challenge. Duration: 50 min

FUNCTIONAL INTERVALS

You deserve to get better and so does your body. Choose this class and dive into a mix of body weights exercises and various accessories for the best cardio session out there.

ZUMBA DANCE

Let’s have fun with Zumba! Discover a new workout method and get your dance on with different music styles from latino to international – all in a positive environment and with a great trainer.

*Level of difficulty: EASY – Low level effort, you feel you can keep going for a long period of time. Duration: 50 min

YOGA

Yoga is more than a healthy practice, it’s a way of life. Practice different postures in order to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in your body. Relax your mind and enjoy the process.

WOW CYCLING

Are you interested in energizing yourself for the entire day? You’re in luck! Our WOW Cycling classes are a fun and challenging way of working out.

*Level of difficulty: EASY – Low level effort, you feel you can keep going for a long period of time. Duration: 50 min

CYCLING HILL

For great cardiovascular training, this cycling hill class will take you out of your comfort zone and make use of all your muscle groups. Test your limits and pump up that adrenaline!

CYCLING ADVANCED

If regular cycling doesn’t do it for you anymore then, it’s high time you try out our expert level. Improve your strength, stamina and technique with our advanced routines. Are you up for it?

POWER PUMP

Tone your entire body with this class! Use different accessories or equipment and challenge your strength and power with each move you make.

CIRCL MOBILITY

Join a CIRCL MOBILITY class if you want to add to your routine exercises for mobility, flexibility and breathing for a better posture, more liberty in your movement and a more relaxed attitude in your day to day life.
