2. Purpose of processing

SL CONCEPT FITNESS collects your personal data exclusively for the purpose of providing SL CONCEPT FITNESS products and services (with all related activities such as order processing, payment, invoicing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities.

The purpose of data collection is:
– Accessing the personal account for running the application, respectively purchasing it and following the training programs available for consumers who have purchased these programs (hosting and back end infrastructure (monitoring active accounts);
– Google Analytics (coockies and behavioral information and general sources of traffic and acquisitions);
– Promotion (sending newsletters and other periodic alerts related to the application and related programs, through e-mail accounts, there is a legitimate interest in keeping you up to date with new information related to the application, programs, blog articles, etc.).
– Order processing and invoicing (issuing fiscal invoices following the acquisition of SL CONCEPT FITNESS programs;
– Market research and study of consumer behavior, respectively sales monitoring;

3. Data collected

SL CONCEPT FITNESS collects the following data

– Unique identifiers (Google Advertiser ID)

When you access SL CONCEPT FITNESS or when you create an account we can ask you for your name, surname and / or email address. 1. Mandatory: name, surname, e-mail, user (if logged in with the social media platform Facebook);

2. Optional data: city, sex, date of birth, weight, height, body size (bust, waist, hip, thighs)

Without providing mandatory data, it is impossible to access this website and benefit from the services it provides. Users can benefit from the services offered through the website and without completing the optional data. All tracking devices used by the website or by third parties with which there is a form of collaboration, serve the purpose of the application and the service requested by users.

4. The term of data retention

The data obtained will be kept for as long as necessary to provide the services offered by SL CONCEPT FITNESS. The user can request the deletion of data at any time (provided that only the billing data for the period provided by law for this type of documents will be kept).

5. Data transfer

Your personal data is used exclusively by SL CONCEPT FITNESS for the above purposes and may not be sold or rented to third parties. In this context, however, SL CONCEPT FITNESS may transfer this data to third parties for the achievement of the above mentioned purposes such as: payment processor, delivery services or marketing or traffic analysis companies. These companies have the obligation to use this data safely and exclusively for the purposes specified by SL CONCEPT FITNESS and only on the basis of a confidentiality commitment on their part and only for the purposes mentioned, which guarantees that these data are kept safe and that the provision this personal information is made according to the legislation in force: technical service providers, IT companies, hosting providers, promotion agencies or bodies, etc. Also, the processed data can be accessed by certain persons involved in the operations necessary to run the services (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administrator, site administrator). The user can request the list of these entities from the operator.

The Client’s personal information may also be provided to the General Prosecutor’s Office, the Police, the courts and other competent state bodies, based on and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests.

6. Data security

The operator will take all necessary measures to ensure data security and prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or deletion of data. The data are stored on the IT infrastructure (IT equipment, cloud hosting) and are accessed only by certain people, within their area of ​​competence and responsibilities. The physical data is stored at the operator’s premises, according to the procedures, and the virtual data are stored on external secure servers of specialized providers.

7. Access to data

By reading these you have learned that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely the right to information, the right to access data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to address justice in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by law for the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

According to the legislation in force, you benefit from the right of access, intervention on personal data, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to go to court. At the same time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the modification / deletion of personal data / transformation into anonymous data. 3. Hosting and back end infrastructure (Firebase)

The service aims to collect data to allow this application to run and be used; it also processes data to allow partial or full functionality of the application. Some of these services run on international cloud servers so it is difficult to determine the actual storage of personal data.

4. Infrastructure monitoring (geographical position, Google Advertiser ID and other data included in the privacy policy of the service). This type of service allows the application to monitor the use and behavior of components, so that the application can be evaluated, developed, improved.

9. Changes in the personal data processing policy The personal data processing policy can be modified at any time, with the announcement of the users. Please check this page frequently, following the date of the last change at the end of the document. If the user does not agree with one of the provisions, it is recommended to stop using the application and ask the user to delete the collected data.
